PLANT & MACHINERY:
The plant for manufacturing Fibre Glass Stitch Bonded Mats has been procured Brand New from M/s. Karl Mayer, Malimo, Germany. Model - Maliwatt N 1600 .
Capacity of the plant is upto 1000 MT per annum depending upon the GSM of mats manufactured.
The plant has facility for manufacturing Chop Strand Mats(CSM), Combination Mats(CBM), Sandwich Mats(SWM) Slit Rolls(SE) and chop strands(CS).
The Plant can produce Stitch Bond Mats in various GSM from 300 to 1400 and widths from 100 mm to 1600 mm. Standard widths are 1000 mm and 1500 mm Stitch Bond Mats can be produced in both 7F and 3.5F stitching.
The Company will be acquiring second plant shortly to increase capacity and increase product range.
